New Fibre Installation

A new backbone network will be established, including submarine fibre, from Kuujjuarapik (Quebec) to Fort Severn and Peawanuck. The Project will establish 2 Points of Presence as part of the backbone from which Dedicated Broadband Service will be offered. The backbone network will consist of approximately 50 km of direct-buried fibre on land, and 800 km of submarine fibre on Hudson Bay.
