Saulteau First Nations - Community Cultural Building

The project consists of the construction of a 25,000 square foot community cultural building on federally designated reserve lands near the community of Chetwynd, British Columbia. The building would serve as a gathering space for community cultural events, courses, fitness programs, and various other activities. The project will utilize sustainable energy sources and reduce energy requirements, and will accommodate gender diversity and universal access. The scope of the project will include site clearing and preparation on previously deforested land, installation of water and sewer infrastructure, construction of building and surrounding parking areas, and operations and maintenance. The proponent of this project is Saulteau First Nation.
