The proposed project

Westran Intermodal Limited is proposing to construct an approximately 350-metre-long internal circulation laneway at their site at 10650 Timberland Road in Surrey. The construction of the laneway will require some drainage improvements which include the installation of several catch basins, associated connections, and replacing an existing drainage pipe. They are also proposing to place a new shipping container building on site to be used for ongoing operations. The container will sit on blocks and will only be connected to electricity.
