Notice of Termination

Ottawa — September 26, 2023 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) has terminated the environmental assessment of the Fifteen Mile Stream Gold Mine Project (the project) pursuant to section 62 of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012. Atlantic Mining Nova Scotia Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of St Barbara Limited (formerly named Atlantic Gold Corp.), notified the Agency that they wish to terminate the federal environmental assessment for the project.
