Notice of Termination

Ottawa — March 14, 2018 — The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has terminated the environmental assessment of the Tio Mine Expansion Project (the Project) pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012. The proponent, Rio Tinto Fer et Titane notified the Agency that they wish to terminate the federal environmental assessment for the Project.
