A full impact assessment, INCLUDING a transportation assessment, and a full public hearing is required. 

There are many people in this region - Thunder Bay District - who want to see thorough processes and investigation before moving forward with this. That means more than doing the minimum level of engagement and consultation.

I also encourage decision makers to investigate the number of fatal accidents on Northern highways due to their poor quality and then consider adding trucks with nuclear waste into the mix.
