An Impact Assessment process which EXCLUDES the risks of transporting this deadly cargo across the Trans Canada Highway is absolutely unacceptable and must not proceed.  A credible, scientifically sound and thorough assessment of risks and effecctive mitigation strategies  must be included at this stage of the Project.
