Dore Lake Wharf Removal

Fisheries and Oceans Canada intends to remove the existing wharf at Dore Lake. The project will be completed in two phases:
- Phase 1 (spring 2023): Secure deck, stringers, pile caps to shore prior to ice thaw to keep in place during ice-out. After ice-out, demolish and dispose of deck, stringers, pile caps, and wharf accessories. Install minimum 6 buoys surrounding piles to remain in place throughout open water season and document placement.
- Phase 2 (winter 2023-24): Demolish and dispose of timber piles and remove buoys.
