Questions re NL OSW RA

It seems the buffers associated with coastal areas (10km), Gros Morne (80km), Bird colonies (5km), lobster areas (3km), ferry routes (500m around), transportation routes (10km) are solidified - wondering if you could confirm these setback distances?

We're also looking at some other constraints that I'm wondering if the RA committee has considered implementing, or has reviewed to discuss and/or implement a setback distance:

• Shipwrecks and other archaeological sites
• Blue Whale Important Areas
• Aquaculture sites, other fishing areas
• Critical Habitat for aquatic species at risk
• Indigenous communities and reserves
• Northern Bottlenose Whale areas 
• Anything else related to marine traffic (traffic density)
• Marine Protected Areas
• Vulnerable marine ecosystems
• Seabird colonies; Important Bird Areas
• Areas of Interest
