Fond du Lac First Nation Water Treatment Plant Expansion

The project includes the conversion of the existing booster pumphouse to a water treatment plant, include reservoir expansion, building expansion, mechanical and electrical upgrades.  The existing water treatment plant will be converted to a booster pumphouse. New treated water storage reservoir.  Two new water infrastructure building.  Raw water main installations, and 5 well completions. Expansion is occurring at existing facilities that have been in place since 1989.

November 22, 2021 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for Fond du Lac First Nation Water Treatment Plant Expansion - Canada.ca (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
