Kingsclear Commercial Centre

The proposed project will develop 0.8 hectares of undeveloped forested land. The lands will be cleared to prepare the site. Site preparation activities include: clearing/grubbing, leveling and grading, as well as the demolition of a building on site. Infrastructure construction includes paving, sanitary and water services, curbs, fencing and drainage.

October 8, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination [https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/141503] and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
