Daylu Dena Multi-Purpose Cultural Building

The proposed Daylu Dena Multi-Purpose Cultural Building Project (the Project) includes the construction of a new multi-purpose cultural building on Liard River No.3 Indian Reserve that will serve as a space for community events and gatherings.

Project works will include:

  • Construction of a community multi-purpose cultural building with program space, including;
    • Site work, landscaping, outdoor recreational installations, heritage spaces, garden installations;
    • Concrete and formwork metals;
    • Log package, framing, floors, trusses;
    • Finished carpentry;
    • Gym floor, drywall, ceilings, tiles, baseboards, painting;
    • Equipment installation;
    • Mechanical and electrical works; and,
    • Temporary buildings.

February 9, 2023 - Infrastructure Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
