Removal of two underground concrete tanks

The Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority is proposing to remove two approximately 4 m x 2.5 m x 2 m deep underground concrete tanks connected by 4" pipe. The tanks are suspected to be a former septic system.

November 5, 2020 – The Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority is inviting public comments until December 5, 2020 respecting that determination.
