Buffalo River Dene Nation Subdivision Stage 4

This project includes the Planning, Design, Tender and constructionof a Proposed Stage 4 subdivision located south of the existing Stage 3 subdivision. The project construction phase includes,  clearing and grubbing this fiscal year (Oct 2020 to March 2021) to mitigate against nesting habitat of wild life. Construction is planned to commence early spring which includes constructing roadways, contouring for adequate drainage, installing water & sewer lines, service connections, streetlighting, power, and Grading and filling of approximately 50 residential lots.

To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/136212 until October 30, 2020 respecting the determination.
