CREST - Microwave dish and VHF antenna - Mary Hill and Albert Head Road, Metchosin British Columbia

The Capital Region Emergency Services Telecommunications (CREST) provides emergency communications for the safety of our communities. They propose to add microwave dishes and VHF antennas on the existing DND structures for the purpose of a new 700MHZ public safety network. The towers may undergo periodic antenna additions or replacements.

Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

2020-08-24 – Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.  To help inform this determination, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada is inviting public comments until 2020-09-23 respecting that determination. .
