Berry Plant Clearing in Pine Lake Campground, Wood Buffalo National Park

Berry bushes located within a distance of 50 m from campsites at Pine Lake campground will be considered for removal. This distance is consistent with backcountry camping safe practices to designate sleeping areas 50 m from food cooking and storage areas – Bears and People (Parks Canada 2015).
