Parking Lot Expansion and Resurfacing

The project includes reviewing the existing parking lot to address the existing concerns with current condition of the asphalt pavement.   The parking lot investigation will also look to increase the current parking capacity at the detachment.  In order to accomplish this, tree removal may be required as well as plant pot relocation to accommodate the extension of the existing walkway.  The existing light standards may also need to be relocated and the luminaires will be upgraded to LED to increase lighting levels where required and to obtain energy savings.
