The plant will be serviced by electricity at the lot line and he building will occupy a space of 419 square meters and have an emergency backup generator on site, with an aboveground storage tank for storage of diesel fuel. Lot clearing will take place, with tree and grub removal for the construction site. Once the plant is completed, grass will be planted at the site.
