  • Notice of Termination Ottawa, February 19, 2013 – The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has terminated the environmental assessment of the Côte-Nord Mining Railway Project (the Project) pursuant to section 62 of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA 2012).  This decision was made as Côte-Nord Mining Railway (the proponent) advised the Agency in writing on February 15, 2013, that it does not intend to carry out the Project.
