Parks Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Infrastructure Canada and Transport Canada have issued a notice of determination and decided that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

This notice of determination is being issued by Parks Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Infrastructure Canada and Transport Canada under the Impact Assessment Act. Parks Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Infrastructure Canada and Transport Canada have decided that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. Mitigation measures will be implemented for the following: air, water, fish, other aquatic organisms, wildlife, birds, soil, migratory birds, species at risk, and vegetation.
