The proposed amendment

Westshore Terminals Limited Partnership proposes to upgrade four (4) existing mooring dolphins (piles) (the "Project") at Berth 2 of its terminal at 1 Roberts Bank, Delta (the "Site"). The Project's schedule is aligned with a materials handling project (PER No. 20-209 available here). Due to delays with the materials handling project, the anticipated completion of the Project has been delayed until the end of 2024. These delays indicate the Project will not be completed prior to February 28, 2024, and therefore an extension to the validity of the permit is needed. There are no changes to construction activities or the scope of the work outlined in the approved permit (available here).
