The Proposed Project

The proposed project is to build a new indoor aquatic centre. The new construction will be physically attached to the existing school. The work is taking place on land that was developed during construction of the school in 2020. There are no water bodies on the building site and the land belongs to the Onion Lake Cree Nation.

The building size is 2389 m2 and the land area is approximately 6000 m2. The parking lot for the aquatic centre will be a joint use parking lot with the existing school.
