YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel - Construction of a rental industrial building on Henri-Fabre Boulevard (Lot 6 436 204 ptie) - Public Comments Invited

August 25, 2022 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Syscomax proposes the construction of an industrial building located on part of lot 6 436 204 of the Quebec cadastre, on boulevard Henri-Fabre at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The floor area of the future building, which will have one floor with the possibility of offices on the mezzanine and which will not have a basement level, will be approximately 9,750 m2. New paved areas are also planned. Trees will be planted and a white roof will cover the building to reduce heat islands.

The use of the building will be for the storage of goods for various industries located at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel.
