The proposed amendment

Goodrich Terminals proposes to carry out physical activities related to the completion of the Lumber Transload Facility and Rail Spur at 10880 Dyke Road, Surrey up until June 30, 2023. This would require an extension to the approved project permit (PER No. 18-037), which has an expiry date of June 30, 2022. The extension is being requested as a result of project scheduling delays as more time is required to obtain additional approvals. The scope of works that would be completed during the extended period includes the installation of a rail spur, approximately 354 metres in length.
