The proposed project

Pacific Coast Terminals Co. Limited proposes to create a larger catchment area to capture all rainwater from the potash storage-building roof, to direct to an existing ocean outfall. The proposed work includes:

  • Removal of existing piping and installation of additional piping and valves to maintain connection to the stormwater collection system
  • Installation of approximately 260 metres of asphalt curb alongside an existing swale to prevent contaminated water from entering the swale
