The Proposed Project

Small Craft Harbours is proposing to undertake harbour improvements at McBeth Point Harbour to maintain site safety and accessibility. This work will include removal and disposal of five (5) floating docks that are in poor condition and installation of new floating docks in the same locations.  Three (3) additional floating docks will be added to increase harbour capacity.  Furthermore, SCH is proposing to construct a 2.4m x 2.4m anchor crib in the South Harbour basin to better secure an existing string of floats. The work is being planned between July 2022 and March 2023.
