The Proposed Project

Wesley Band proposes the development of a two story gas station building with a drive through food service and a retail court market building for various other businesses (to be determined). The retail court will be comprised of commercial retail space in a circular orientation that will be demised into eight (8) CRUs, a common public washroom, and a common utility room. The following describes the project elements for the retail market and their sizes: CRU (1,123 - 1,237 SF), public washroom (Female: 5 fixtures; Male: 4 fixtures), utility room (~300 SF), and outdoor food court (~4000 SF).  The gas station will have a retail space, public washrooms (Female: 3 fixtures; Male: 3 fixtures), back-of-house food preparation/kitchen area, and a secure cashier area.
