Notice of Time Limit Resuming

Ottawa — January 10, 2022 — On January 4, 2022, FortisBC Holdings Inc. (the Proponent) provided its response to the Joint Summary of Issues and Engagement, and a detailed description of the Tilbury Phase 2 LNG Expansion Project to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency). On January 10, 2022, the Agency accepted these documents as it determined that they contained the information prescribed by the Information and Management of Time Limits Regulations. The Proponent thereby completed the activity for which the Proponent requested that the time limit be suspended on September 15, 2020, and the 180-day time limit of the Planning phase has resumed.
