The Proposed Project

Development of a new 23 lot subdivision to be constructed on SW 1/4 5-18-4 W2. The proposed subdivision is located 100 meters south of the existing core subdivision.

Construction of the subdivision would include clearing, grubbing and topsoil stripping of the area. Installation of water, sewer mains, natural and power services to service the 23 lots. Construction of roadways with imported or locally sourced fills and processed base course. Lot grading complete with topsoil replacement, and seeding would finalize the works. All construction waste (access pipe, and waste materials) will be hauled to an approved solid waste transfer station or landfill.
