The Proposed Project

The work consists of adding a new electricity generator and replacing an existing uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system with a new UPS. The new electricity generator will be installed outdoors, near the building at 400 Côte-Vertu Blvd. Outdoor components will be built (ground-level concrete slab, underground electrical conduits) to accommodate the new generator.

The main mechanical work consists of adding 2 air conditioning systems. The air conditioning units will be installed on the lower portion of the roof of 400 Côte-Vertu Blvd.
