The Proposed Project

Correction of deficiencies detected in the technical report of a specialist consultant. These deficiencies are compared to the code CSA B139, CCME 2003 and to the SOR 2008-197 regulations and concern the oil tank system registered with Environment Canada under the number EC-00035826 which has a total capacity greater than 5000L. The consultant will ensure that the corrections are made so that the system becomes compliant with the codes CSA B139-2009 and CSA B139-2019, CSA-C282-09, CCME 2003, construction code and safety code and SOR regulations 2008-197.

Examples of corrective measures to be taken: repairing fittings, modifying the piping, installing an oil-tight coating, replacing hoses, modifying piping supports, replacing the pump starting system.
