The Proposed Project
The permit holder, Island Tug and Barge Limited, proposes to carry out physical activities related to the installation of eight steel pipe piles up until March 31, 2021. The installation has been delayed for various reasons and therefore an extension to the permit is required to complete the work. This would require an extension to the approved Installation of Eight Steel Pipe Piles project permit (No. 18-118), which has an expiry date of May 31, 2020.
The installation of the piles at the permit holder's facility is for the purpose of vessel moorage and vessel to vessel fuel lightering.
