Public Notice - Public Comments Invited

2020-1-31 – Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

Written comments must be submitted by 2020-03-01 to the contact identified on the project page.

The Proposed Project

Bell Mobility Inc. is proposing the installation of a 6 GHz radio communication link between Colt Creek, BC to Halfway, BC.  The installation will include a 6 foot diameter microwave antenna that will be installed on an existing telecommunications tower on the Halfway River No. 168 reserve.  This radiocommunication link will be used to carry customer data.
